Warranty and Return

I. The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility: Items must be in “as-new” condition, including all original packaging.

  • Exclusions: Bespoke, personalized engravings, and “Final Sale” items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

II. Limited Craftsmanship Warranty

We stand by our assembly and material selection. JAM STUDIO provides a 6-months warranty from the date of purchase.

  • What’s Covered: Manufacturing defects, structural failures under normal use (frame got pop out of slider, frame got chipped)

  • What’s Not Covered: Cosmetic wear (scratches, patina, or fading), damage from drops, water exposure beyond the item’s rating, or “DIY” modifications.

III. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@jamstudio.com with your Order #.

  2. Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a shipping label.

  3. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.

  4. To maintain the integrity of our studio-to-door quality guarantee, we require a continuous unboxing video for any return or exchange requests involving damaged or missing items.

    • The Requirement: To be eligible for a return due to transit damage, you must record a clear, unedited video starting from the unopened package (showing the shipping label) through the entire unboxing process.

    • The Policy: In the event of physical damage, JAM STUDIO will not accept return requests or offer refunds without a valid unboxing video. This allows us to hold our couriers accountable and ensures we can provide you with a replacement immediately.

    • Submission: Please attach the video file or a link to the video when contacting support@jamstudio.com regarding your claim.
