Shipping and Return

Shipping

We use Giaohangtietkiem (GHTK) as our primary shipping partner to ensure your orders arrive safely and quickly.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight/size of your package.

  • Buyer Responsibility: All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the total order value at checkout.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and handed over to GHTK within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery Times: * Internal City (Hanoi/HCM): 1–2 business days.

    • Regional/Provinces: 3–5 business days.

  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email/SMS to monitor your package on the GHTK website or app.

Returns

We want you to love what you bought. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 7 days return policy starting from the day you receive your package.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (like GHTK) as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer within 3 business days.

Damaged/Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging your items, but we understand that mishaps can happen during transit.

  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos or a video of the unopened box and the damaged product. Contact us at jam3d.design@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with GHTK.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, or if the package hasn't moved in over 7 days, please contact us immediately. We will work with GHTK to locate your package or issue a replacement/refund if the carrier confirms it is lost.

  • Important Note: Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information provided by the buyer.
